One Peterson Valve Head valued at $6,000.00
Stolen from Universal Coal Filters in Beckley on or about 08/16/2011. Valve heads are extremely heavy and are used on coal mining equipment in processing plants. Most likely the valve heads will be sold for scrap, but could be sold to a coal mining operation.

The Raleigh County Sheriff`s Office is investigating the Breaking & Entering of MCP Enterprises on Commerce Drive in Beaver. The B & E occurred on July 16 - 18, 2011. Power tools/construction tools were stolen.

The Raleigh County Sheriff`s office is investigating the Breaking & Entering of MOUNTAIN MOWERS on Ragland Road. The B & E occurred on July 8, 2011 between the hours of midnight and 6:30 AM. A Toro riding mower and Kawasaki side-by-side ATV were stolen.
This crime is being investigated by Detective L. Lilly of the Raleigh CountySheriff`s Office
The Raleigh County Sheriff`s Office is investigating the breaking and entering of the FIRST CHURCH OF GOD LOCATED on Gwinn Street in Lester. The offender(s) took a large amount of copper wiring from the building. This theft occurred on June 16 - 17, 2011.
